Material: Waterproof, 5mm thick neoprene with Terylene lamination inside & outside
Measurement: 10.24" x 11.42"
Step 1: Loosen the velcro to allow for your handle bar and brakes to fit inside the mitt.

Step 3: Loop the velcro through the latch and pull down to your preferred tightness.
