How long will it take to receive my delivery gear?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I return or exchange my insulated bags?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used delivery bags cannot be returned.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Are the delivery bags waterproof?
Our professional-grade insulated bags are water-resistant and designed to protect orders from light rain and spills, though they should not be submerged in water.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the Grubhub Driver Shop only ships to addresses within the United States to ensure timely delivery for our active driver community.
